Acupuncture

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine take a holistic approach to health. By using hair thin filiform needles we stimulate the bodies healing processes. This reduces inflammation, increases circulation, relieves pain, regulates hormones, increases mobility, and relieves muscle tension.

Cupping

Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medical form of massage. Cups use suction to reduce muscle tension and increase mobility.
